How do turn off the headers and footer from prints

Firefox

Type in the address bar about:config and then press Enter (promise to be careful)

Type in the search input print.print

Look for these options

• print.print_headercenter
• print.print_headerleft
• print.print_headerright
• print.print_footercenter
• print.print_footerleft
• print.print_footerright

Double click on each one and then remove the text in the box.

That will remove the header and footer information when you try to print.

Then close and restart Firefox browser.

 

Google Chrome

You can turn off these headers and footers using the steps below:

1. In the Chrome browser menu, click Print… to open the print preview screen.
2. Click More Settings option.
3. Uncheck Headers and Footers then click ok
